Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all parts and packaging. Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, upon request, as store credit.
What we cannot accept
- We cannot accept returns of used items.
- We do not accept returns made after 30 days from the purchase date.
- If a return causes the original order to no longer qualify for a free gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned to receive a full refund.
Holiday Extension:
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31.
Return process
- Contact our support team to request a return authorization (RA) before shipping the item back.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all parts and accessories.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your RA instructions.
⚠️ Please contact us before returning any items to receive authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused and no refund issued.
